Wow excellent article. Everything you have cited has no substantive proof or even a hint of factual basis to support your claim that Dr. Paul is a crackpot.

Calling Mr. Paul a crackpot is like calling the likes of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin crackpots. I would venture to guess that EVERY social studies teacher from coast to coast would disagree with you, so thank god your not in a position to slander the youth of this country.

Further I challenge you to find any other currently serving congressman whom has a more constitutionally perfect record of performing their duties in accordance with the oath they swore to uphold in office.

Finally, your understanding of the Fed and it's place in our society is laughable at best. I challenge you to provide one shred of good the Fed has provided to our monetary system and or economic wellbeing.

If this is all you can scrape together as your hit piece I suggest you scrap your aspirations at becoming a respectable writer and concentrate on easier tasks such as the operation of deep fat fryers, or the intricacies of proper hamburger flipping.

I totally support ridding the country of the Fed. One main beef I have with Ron Paul is he has NO leadership abilities.

Immigration is a prime example of Ron Paul's nothingness.

What has he DONE or ACCOMPLISHED in 20 years? Has he helped build a fence on the southern border? Has he visited Ramos and Compean? has he raised money for Ramos and Compean's family? Has he GIVEN any money to Ramos and Compean's families? That case, especially when congress was lied to deliberately, is the epitome of the Executive branch superseding Legislative constitutional authority. In this case, congressional oversight. Did Ron Paul IN ANY WAY help get those congressional hearings on their way to look into Johnny Sutton? Who did he push to get them going? Now there is new hearing to investigate the Mexican influence in the incarceration of Ignacio Ramos, Jose Compean, Gilbert Hernandez, and Gary Burgman? Talk about a violation of US sovereignty AND being entangled with a foreign country. BECAUSE of the lack of respect by the Bush administration, this trial will now proceed to Rep. William DeLaHunt and John Conier (sp?) will use subpoena powers to really lay into Johnny Sutton.

Between Duncan hunter (the best candidate for president), Tom Tancredo (the second best candidate for president), Dana Rohrabacher, and Ted Poe (my outstanding congressional representative), they have raised money for these law enforcement families, have visited, frequently, these law enforcement officers in prison, got a bill started, AND PASSED in the House that forbid monies to be used to incarcerate Ramos and Compean, have been up in Jorge Bush's face over the matter, etc. These congressmen have also done an extraordinarily outstanding job to keep the public aware of these cases and take action against their imprisonment. As far as Ron Paul is concerned, he, "once wrote a strongly worded letter" against Ramos and Compean's incarceration. WOW, one "strongly worded letter" (which he couldn't even recall when he wrote it - shows just how important this matter is to him).

Ron Paul may vote well, and he really does have a good voting record. But what does he DO?

And Paul is a million years old.

He's about the same age as Ronald Reagan was when he first took office. hhmmm...

There are so many lies and distortions in what you posted, it's unbelievable. Earmarks? As a Congressman, he passes his constituents' requests on to the Appropriations Cmte. IF the Cmte. includes the earmark in a bill, Dr. Paul always VOTES AGAINST IT, as he does all appropriations, except for veterans benefits. Yes, he wants to abolish the Federal Reserve. What's your problem with THAT? The Fed'l Reserve is a privately-owned, for profit, corporation. *Fights for your liberty, by standing up against the hacks that are passing legislation to rip the Bill of Rights to shreds!

*As the ranking member of the House Cmte on Banking, stands up to Helicopter Ben as he "injects liquidity" (ie. prints money out of thin air and puts it into circulation). What do you think inflation is, buddy?
