Dr. Herrera, Thank you for reviewing and commenting on my children's healthcare entry. By and large I like the Texas CHIPS program and have referred the child of a friend to it. The only place I may respectfully disagree with you is Congressional mandates: I am not sure a Congressional mandate for a 50 state CHIPS program is a great thing right now. Thanks again doc!
