Oath Keepers Rally in Lexington - April 19, 2009

Thank you, sir, for this report on the gathering on Lexington Green by Oath-Keepers. When I discovered their site and the gathering they were planning, I wanted to be there with them. But, with California being where it is my desire to be with them was constrained to joining the cause and re-affirming my own oath sworn in 1970.

These faithful to the Constitution and the People, I believe, will be THE factor leading to the success of a constitutional replacement of our government, if ever such an action is warranted. (getting closer everyday)

The tea parties showed that there are many true Americans like the oath-keepers you attended. Thanking God in public! Amen. I have looked at the website and was uplifted. I'm praying that in this fast changing country, more people will wake up and realize that our liberties, faiths, and our constitutional rights are under scrutiny. I for one would proudly be one of those minuteman standing up for what we believe is right. Your post was very well written and articulate, and I'll be back on your next post!

I too am fearful of an administration that "lumps" all vets into the "terrorist" cubby-hole.

And yes the administration is fearful of the TEA Parties and the Oath Keepers Rally. O'Vomit and his minions realized before the election that the military and the retired vets could be a problem. Due to inexperience, O'Vomit mis-spoke last year concerning a "civilian national security force" as large as the US military.

If the Constitution is violated, and a Constitutional crisis rears its ugly head, the US military is now showing the O'Vomit administration how the military will react. Frankly, from what I can see, the Liberals in Congress and in the executive branch are scared to death of the prospects of the US military and the retired vets "standing" with the Constitution and not the president.

What an excellent account of your trip to the Oath Keepers Rally. Thank God for those men and women.

We are at a critical time in history...these liberal progressives are undermining everything America was built on and stands for...THEY are the domestic enemies.

I do believe TH and many other conservative/military/christian sites are being monitored. They want control.

We must keep our eyes on Jesus and stick together as patriots!

Excellent tribute and report of your day at the Oath Keepers Rally, Poppy. It is comforting to know there are so many people out there who respect the Constitution and our rights. The Silent Majority aka Right Wing Radical Extremists.

I became aware of the Oath Keepers not too long ago here at TH! They deserve to be praised often! No doubt all TH bloggers are on a special list at DHS. They want to silence our free speech and read cold blooded terrorists their rights.
