89% Of Stimulus Money Is Still Not Spent

Whenever did you believe this was actually intended to be a stimulus package? The only thing this pork-barrel bill was meant to stimulate is the re-election of democrats. It's a pot of nearly a trillion dollars, to be released at an opportune moment (i.e. closer to election day 2010)to boost the incumbents chances. All the pundits predicting massive losses in Congress won't know what hit 'em.
