Woman gives birth to octuplets

There is something to be said for personal responsibility for your actions and for your family.

I actually saw a small part of this interview with her. What planet is this woman on? And I did notice any type of negativity toward her and her choices, were not well received.

Since I live in CA, I am sure my tax dollars will be paying for this or already have! Super!

I would also would like Miss Suleman to define in her own words what the definition of 'mother' is.

I can tell you, as a mother, that with every child it becomes more difficult and you get to do less and less mothering.

I am not sure I would tie her tubes but it seems to me that we require mental health exams to foster a child, adopt a child, etc... When a woman wants invitro, and she is single, that should throw up a few red flags right there. Perhaps some mental health exams are in order here, but with all things in life there will always be someone who slips through the cracks. So let's not make more laws curtailing freedoms because of one stupid woman. This reminds me of California. A law is made, not enforced, then another and another made about enforcing the original law.

Would we all really totally care if we didn't have Welfare? Doubt it. Doubt we would ever hear about it as well. People have a tendency to mind their own business until their money is involved.
