I'm not impressed with HIM, I'm impressed with his in-laws, who could still forgive him after that horrific murder, because they are Christians and commanded to forgive.

It's a powerful testament to Jesus that they were able to forgive him. But, God will judge this man. Unless he turns his life over to Christ and repents he won't like the judgement that's gonna fall. Jimmy Carter's right, blaming the act on an auto accident sounds like excuse making to me.

The most shockn thing (well, besides what he did) is the sentence. The death penalty or atleast life w/out parole for those who murder in the first degree would have been just, not 20yrs.

My prayer is that he never has contact w/ the child again.
