It's someone who spreads walkin-around money and raises the rabble to vote early and often.

It's someone who sweeps people into sweaty churches to hear incendiary sermons about how evil Amerikkka is.

It's someone who paints the protest signs, hand out the drums and the tambourines and the cell phones, and drives the busses with the protestors down to the rally.
