Yes, Mexicans do commit crimes against police. So do Caucasions. And as far as the single Latin bar/restaurant that does exist in Evansville--as in other bars where some have too much to drink, altercations do occur. I have been to the Karanchos Bar to do salsa dancing and never had a problem. There are Caucasions as well as Latinos that go to dance and have good Mexican food.
