It is true that 0.01 x 1,000,000,000 = 10,000,000
But 0.01 of 1 billion is 1% of 1 billion

0.01% of 1,000,000,000 = 100,000
0.01% is a hundredth of a percent

Your math is sort of correct but your semantics/math terminology is incorrect.

Just trying to clarify this for you because you should be accurate when you make such assertions. There is a BIG difference between 0.01 and 0.01% as well as a BIG difference between 10 million and 100,000.

AHole is correct! Once again, I suck at math!
I should have said something like, "1 out of every 1,000 Muslims", which would be 1 Million. I need an editor...
