Have you ever read the writings of the Early Church, and do you know the teaching about the two Kingdoms: the one taught before Augustine gave us his opinions? Thank you for your comment, Sebastian.

The writings of the early church fathers are an incredibly rich resource, filled with their observations and understandings about the church during the first few centuries. While absolute truth about God's will for the church and for His people is confined to the canonical Scriptures, it is interesting and often helpful to see how this truth was applied in an earlier time.
