How To Talk To An Atheist

Atheists push the envelope. They will not concede until the Lord appears in the Eastern sky! Even then they will probably try to find some idiotic explanation for the event. Common sense and prevailing arguments will do no good. They are stuck on their own religion of humanism. We pray for those who will turn to the Lord and be saved. The rest... well what can anyone say other than what the scriptures have already said.

How is a true believer threatened by an Atheist? Since when is an Atheist a threat?

It wasn't Atheists who dragged Christ before Pontious Pilate on trumped-up charges, declined three opportunities to spare his life, spat upon him and ridiculed him as he dragged his cross through the streets and mocked him as he died.

No, those people were not Atheists. Those people were the self-proclaimed "Men of God," doing what they said was "God's will."

I'm far more afraid of the holier-than-thou crowd than am I of any Atheist, Agnostic or Human Secularist.

Why would anyone post such utter absurdity? Historical accuracy clearly shows that it was both Atheist and hypocritical religious types who rejected and spat on Christ as you do (and they still do).

You can be afraid of what you please (atheist and unbelievers usually are). That's your choice and your sad end. And your "holier than thou comment," is stereotypical faithless nonsense.
