Obama is covering this up like a cat covers a turd.It STILL smells . While my belief is there IS more to this,what judge in what court wants to take this on? To be known as the judge who brought down the first black potus? I'd RELISH the role,but alas,I'm not a judge.

Something is wrong. I am just not sure what it is. If this were no big deal, why doesn't O'Vomit release his long form birth certificate? If the Democrats were trying to use this for political gain (The GOP and Conservative pundits were filling the airwaves with "Where's the birth certificate"? The Democrats say everyone was crazy. Here his O'Vomit's birth certificate.), they the Democrats have failed. The cry is coming from the "grass roots".

I also do not buy the Left's pundits who say that if there were anything there the Clinton Machine would have unleashed it during the primaries. Hillary is too politically savy for that. Better to use it latter as a "blackmail" club.

I've become convinced that even if D'ohbama WAS born in Hawaii, there is something else that is present in/on his early records that he doesn't want the public to know. Maybe having to do with his parentage, his religion or place of birth. There can be no other reason for him to be so adamant about releasing records which should be in the public domain. Will the D'ohbama Presidential Library and Beer Garden be empty?

I did go to Beck's website and also caught part of his late night show last night. It does seem to be as he described. A couple of attorneys had checked on the use agreement and confirmed that it was as portrayed. They thought that some over-zealous young lawyer developed the wording but it was "as advertised" nontheless. The government WOULD have the right to access files on your computer if you entered the website and agreed to the terms of usage agreement. How stupid is that?

Sorry I haven't been by much lately, I've just had a month and a half of 70 hour work weeks. About this BC controversy. I think there must be something to it, given his reluctance to release records, but it's a concern that's low on the pole to me unless some proof comes out. And if it does, what then? So much of this country is willing to just "let it slide" even when shown the naked truth. Dems are just slimy.

The issues orbiting around D'ohbama encompass more than just where he was REALLY born. As you mention, many more documents that would describe D'ohbama's life are also being kept from the public. He has something (maybe many somethings) to hide. If the obsolete media had done their job vetting him, he would be greeting shoppers at WalMart right now.

Obama was born in Hawaii. There's the birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser. Before acting like there was some scheme to invent this forty something years later, think about what you would sound like if you did think this. You'd be acting like the loons on the left. The reason why Obama isn't going to show his birth record has nothing to do with him not having it. He's using this to make those on the right who believe he's not a natural citizen look like fools to the ones on the fence. Alinsky taught him well through his book. Isolate and humiliate. Many of us are falling for it, hook, line, and sinker.

If the BC was the only document that was being withheld, your premise would be stronger. But along with his “long form” birth certificate, there are a number of his other records that he is hiding from public view. Early school records, college records for all three colleges he attended, and more. I do firmly believe that he has a reason for withholding records which ordinarily would be available, and I believe that revealing those records will expose something (there have been a number of guesses as to what that might be) that Obama doesn’t want us to know.

I believe that Obama is hiding something – it may not be the location of his birth, but he is expending energy and money keeping records under wraps - records that are normally available for a sitting President. To paraphrase Joe Biden, there’s a four-letter word that applies here – W H Y?

Believing that he is purposely withholding all of his records just to make “birthers” look bad takes a real leap of faith that he anticipated that this would happen and he has nothing to hide. As his job approval continues to fall, it would seem to be an opportune time to regain ground by releasing all of his records just to show that the right is full of crap. If he doesn’t, perhaps you’ll rethink your assumption that he isn’t hiding anything?

BTW, thanks for your comment – this issue is something that isn’t going to go away. We can agree to disagree without some action by Obama himself to resolve it – by releasing his records.

He don't need no stinkin' birth certificate - after all, he has the three wise men and the night manager at the manger to support his story of the Vermiculite Conception.

Liberals do not seem to understand the hype about this. They also don't seem to acknowledge how easy to produce an actual birth certificate is. This could be over in seconds, but Obama seems to have something to hide.

It reminds me of a child not wanting to show his/her parents a bad report card. The parents would get that the child may have a bad grade or two. Except this is for eligibility for the presidency of the US, and they aren't acting like it's important.

Like I've said before, if it were the only doc that he isn't producing, that would be one thing but there are a whole bunch of documents that he is hiding - the big question is WHY? Your report card analogy is right on - there is something in D'ohbama's records that he doesn't want us to see. He can't keep it hidden indefinitely, sooner or later, whatever it is will come out and when it hits the fan ......... SPLAT, he's done for.

The Birth Certificate feels like a red herring - something to take us off the scent of the real story, which is his college transcripts. If he WAS born in Hawaii, and he registered for financial aid as a foreign student, he is guilty of defrauding the taxpayers. And while the statute of limitations may have run out, it still provides a critical insight into the character of he man, or more appropriately, the lack thereof.

I don't like the entire cover-up of ALL of his records. I'd be willing to bet that he attended college as a foreign student. He is showing, for all who will see, just how "transparent" he is. He is rapidly becoming the most secretive POTUS ever - because he has things to hide. When it finally does come out, his legacy will be that he served four years as Liar-in-Chief.
