They don't care or more importantly, think about where the money comes from to pay for their "freebies".
I say, let's let the people who want the govt. to do it all for them and to be their nannies get into a govt. run health care plan. Let them see how they like it when they have to wait and when treatments and pharmaceuticals are denied because of cost. But the only tax dollars to be spent on it would their own tax dollars so they can get a realistic taste of their precious, longed for govt. run health plan running out of money.

Sheeesh! Some people don't think beyond their next meal.

Note that nothing is said about actual medical care or payment thereof. We won't be providing subsidies for illegals for these 'affordability credits', a form of help with the payments we'll be making on our 'free' health care. Of course, it is highly unlikely that illegals will be paying anything under HR3200. They will continue as they do now, going to the emergency room when sick. They will have to wait longer, just like the rest of us. HR3200 is not intended to help them, or anyone, get healthcare. Its purpose is to expand the control of politicians at the expense of our freedom.

The same authority that you say will prevent illegals from participating in gov't health control also is supposed to prevent them from being here in the 1st place. Yet they are here, in their millions.

There is a difference between saying & doing, between passing a law & making it real.

If we really wanted to do something for the 9 to 15 million who are in health care difficulties we would:
1. Eliminate the relic of WW2 wage controls by the gov't that force most of us to get our health care thru our employers & instead make insurance portable;
2. Eliminate restrictions on competition (like no interstate insurance)since competition, not regulation, controls cost;
3. Reduce the participation of gov't in health care from current 40-50% (i.e., NOT free-market health care) to 10% or less (i.e., 90% free);
4. For those for whom we do want gov't help with health-care/insurance, provide a health debit card, similar to how food stamps are now handled.

Estimate I saw for #4 was ~$30B, not $1.5T(!). $1.5T is the price tag for CONQUERING our health care, not for providing for those who don't have it.
