America The Lost!

I just saw your blog and decided to stop by for a visit. Hope you don't mind.

I'm 57. Like you, I'm watching the Country I grew up in disappear. It's worse than sad. And I'm trying to prepare myself for the worst, that is, election night.

I believe that Obama, if elected, will have some problems. I believe that our Country is still a little-right-of-center (and some of those will vote for Obama). Question is : will he govern from the center? or will he govern from the extreme left?

I think if he governs from the extreme left he will try to establish as much socialism as he can and hopefully the people will tire of it quickly. But it will still be 2 lousy, brutal years before the next midterm elections.

I am disappointed with all the young people who have bought into this socialism. They haven't worked for a living yet...wait til they enter the job market and have to hand over half their pay in taxes. But, Betty, I can remember when I was 20, and I knew it all, too.

I'm praying. I'm praying the Holy Spirit to guide and enlighten the American voters on election day. With God all things are possible. Hang in there, Betty. Sorry for the long post. Take care.
