So glad to read your comments - FREE MARKET DECIDES!!! This administration has an agenda - go give JOBS to uneducated, minorities see GREEN CZAR - Van Jones at Whitehouse.gov. They're trying to flip the economy and the power sector is the first one that their flipping...they'll have jobs via government mandates on homeowners, and all Americans (we all use gas and electricity).
