So, we have evidence from the Washington Post that They Who Would Be Our Masters made a boo-boo. For this reason alone the SC opinion should be revisited.

But why not go further -- all the way to the Constitution -- and declare the SCOTUS is not authorized to interfere BY THE CONSTITUTION to interfere in the laws the People of Louisiana make for themselves? Even hearing the case was a slap at our Founders and at the People. Enough of this blatant and utter disregard of the Constitution!
