You reference handouts and entitlements. Today at work we received a statement that if we dropped our family health insurance, then we would receive a $5,000.00 reimbursement, singles get 3,000. Here is my point;Unions are blindly leading members to vote for Obama, knowing that he wants to nationalize healthcare. What they don't realize is that businesses are trying to contain costs. People are considering taking the dough. the more members that do this, the weaker the union becomes. When contract negotiations come up next year,healthcare will not have the same impact as in previous years, and once you take the money, you can't buy back in for one year. This is the beginning of the deterioration of unions which is the backbone of the Democratic Party.
The worst part is the unions can't see that Obama is leading them to the cliff while they are willing to jump off.
