You laid the entire responsibility of the drug problem at America's feet. In your first post, you said "the blood is on our hands". No blood on Mexico's hands, just ours.

Why is it if the Mexican Government is doing such a bang up job, that the problem only gets worse? Drug use among Americans isn't rising at such a rate as to justify what your saying.

Blaming America for a problem Mexico is equally culpable in isn't solving anything. There may indeed be blood on some Americans hands, but there is more blood on the Mexicans who grow, distribute, traffic, etc. the drugs to this country. That is my point.
