You said it much better than I did. I put my new blog up on Red State a few days ago and there was quite the discussion!

This is what Reagan's legacy has come down to: hurting the Republican party. I think he would be very disappointed.

I have come to appreciate McCain...hope you've read the previous post.

I realize that I too fell to the McCain hate propaganda of Ingraham and Hewitt...it is the writings and the talks of the military guys who served with him that has changed my mind.

I learned why he did the things he did--and why the RINO press hate him so much...he has almost single handedly denied them hours of Liberal bashing.

By getting both sides to work together, something VITAL in a nation of TWO viable parties, McCain has gotten judges appointed, Congress working, and turned the war in Iraq around.

Peace doesn't provide much talking points...neither does getting along and actually doing what the people elected you to do...so the RINO media hate McCain like the telephone company hates cable phone.

Well here's hoping they REALLY go out of business.
