Ironic that the same Kennedy who tipped the scales 5-4 for Gitmo-terrorist rights and child-rapist rights is again the swing for our gun rights. Just tells us how important it is to have a president who will appoint good judges. Reagan appointed that nitwit on a shot in the dark and look how that worked out. And Obama says his "models" for judges are Souter, Ginsberg and Breyer. Guess he can't use Kennedy as a model because Reagan named him. We need some more like Alito, Roberts, Scalia and Thomas.
