As the lights go out and we descend into the darkness of liberal nirvana you find a ray of hope. Chickens are wonderful conversationalists when compared to liberals.

Now for the flaw. Do you really believe that you can get past the environmental impact study to build a chicken coop in the "People's Republic of California"?

You're obviously thinking of 'farm' chickens. My wife will go on the HGTV website and order chicken condos and Metrosexual chicken outfits for the little critters. They'll probably end up with appointments at the pet analyst right after they're done at the groomer. Spain has just granted primates equal rights with humans do you think California is LESS loony than Spain?

Only if they're gay. One time I worked for a commercial studio where all the work rooms were built around a small courtyard. We used to watch the actors turn up for the casting calls,which was great when they were casting beautiful women. One time they put out a casting call for chimps and a whole bunch of them showed up at once. Something set them off. All of a sudden they got in this huge punch-up with the trainers going nuts trying to stop it. I'll never forget that noise as long as I live. It confirms the old show-biz adage, 'Monkeys Are ALWAYS Funny!'

And they turned off the AC in his coop to save on the power bills!
