"I will be that little voice that says you're stupid when you spew hateful remarks like all that's wrong in the world is result of liberals. That little voice that nags when you preach how right you are and how moral your majority is, that's me."
That's not necessarily a conscience, and the actions you describe aren't what I see here.
You want to actually make a point that might be listened to? Don't call us stupid - show us where we're wrong, off of the facts and figures rather than either sides LoTP (List of Talking Points).
I'm not sure what faith, if any, you hold - you seem to be coming down hard on Christianity, which would lead me to believe you are of another faith, but I admit I could be wrong. I bring this up to point out that many on this site are Christians, and that from what I've seen, most of them are willing to admit wrong and be corrcted. If you can prove we are in the wrong, as I described above, I suspect we will acknowledge it.
This simply hasn't happened yet, as most of those who argue against conservative views either reiterate the Democratic/Liberal LoTP items, or resort to ad hominem (or in some cases, ad hitlerum) attacks rather than attempting to make the point.
If you think we are wrong, again, please try to correct us. But please, do it with the evidence, rather than simply with statements of "you're stupid."

a correction
How can I prove or disprove anything to someone that blindly accepts something on faith? I'm not being catty or argumentative, I'm serious as a heart attack. You haven't seen any conservative admit they're wrong not because if or if not they were proven wrong, but that you (in the cumulative sense) aren't able to admit you're wrong!
Did you read my reply to your other comment? I fully disproved both points you were making. Are you man enough to come back and admit you were wrong? Or will you try to argue further what evidence is presented?
Ok... so let's get off the me talking. How about this, conscience is defined, at least the definition I had in mind when I wrote that, as "a person's inner sense of what is right or what is wrong morally." So yeah, I did mean that when you're spewing something that you haven't fully researched or did and will try to run with it anyways, you know you got that little sense of maybe I shouldn't do this, maybe I should check my references, maybe I will regret this. Hello. Hi, I'm Brantley.
You question my religion. I'm Buddhist. I don't apologize for not being Christian, though, sadly like Hitler, I was raised Catholic. Well, actually I was born Methodist, raised Catholic, attended Jewish, Baptist, Presbyterian, Unitarian and for a period Wiccan services at various times of my life. I decided in 2005 that I was Buddhist after seeing how incongruent Christians are to what Christ was and wanted.
So when I was arguing against the man, not the issue, would you please site that and let me know? I'll gladly argue anything you'd like.
Oh, and no I don't have a problem with Christianity, just those that practice it while ignoring it's core beliefs. That is after all pretty stupid. Hence... I hate stupid people.
