A Simple Solution to Illegal Immigration

GO TO THE SOURCE; FOLLOW THE MONEY
Absolutely. Politicians want big contributions of big corporations who hire illegals. It follows that the politicians are loathe to clamp down on corporations.
However, if we ever did develop the backbone, spine, will, whatever you want to call it, to insist the laws are followed, things will fall into place. Another way to put it is that the illegals will be eager to put some space between themselves and the U.S.
As I've said before, politicians are interested in two things: (1) getting elected; (2) getting re-elected. If they ever got the idea that (2) was not going to happen unless they "do something" about our illegal immigrant problem, then they may get off their duffs and do it.
We have to get mad enough. I'm mad enough. I'm waiting for everybody else to get mad enough. Sometimes I feel very alone writing these letters to lawmakers about how mad I am (angry, too), as though I'm writing with invisible ink.

sounds about right
after working in many restaurants, I am very aware of the many illegals finding decent under-the-table jobs.
harsher laws on the employer would force illegals to 2 possible options.
1. return home for income
2. criminal activities to make money
i had a very different solution to the issue of the current illegals. you can find it at my blog.
