Imagine, we got McCain/Feingold and now we have three US Senators left standing(one crawling,actually).

Not a coincidence I suspect. All three are fairly open to "taking care of all our citizens."

Alinsky's weapon of choice is ridicule. Keep the opponent personally on the defensive, never let up. He "systemized" the politics of personal destruction.

Create angst where their is none in order to overcome inertia. Then ridicule, caricature and slander until your adversary is beaten to a pulp in popular opinion. Lastly, offer a "reasonable" solution to "end the bickering".

I got news for these anarchists, the ends do not justify the means. The means ARE the ends.
