Georgia Public School Hypocracy

No, the Forsyth County Board of Education probably gave these educators a raise! This is just par for the course. If you dare to question the actions woe be to you. If you are an educator or administrator in this system you are above reproach. I am dealing with the BOE and a few teachers and administrative personnel who think their rights are whatever they say they are. I've made an open records act request for documents on my own child and they refuse to comply with the law. Since the three weeks since my request they have resorted to ignoring me. My only recourse is to hire an attorney, which I plan to do. However, I feel I should not have to go to this expence since it is something that I have a legal right to view. They are using their atty. for personal benefit to them and not in official capacity. What I'd like to know is who the atty. was that represented the parents of this special needs child mentioned in this blog-because I need him/her!
