Also we have to remember that the liberals know what's best for everyone, and they let us know it.

The only question I have about your meet-and-greet idea is, "Can we find people younger and stronger than me to run for office?" The 12 young Iraq veterans who are running for Congressional offfice are a start. Their website is something like IraqiVetsforCongress.org -- or something like that. These are ALL Republican veterans running for Congressional seats. If we can get the Townhall regulars like Hugh Hewitt or MKH to set up awareness, maybe we could support them.

Great post about lots of things. I too am enjoying every second of the dims eating each other. I hope they collapse upon one another and the dim party splits apart like an atom. Would that not be fun to watch? A mud wrestling match between Hill and Michelle Obama?

Georgetwin- you're bashing my congressman, the lovely and delightful Mr. Whackman. I tried to organize a mass protest march against his insane policies with every other Republican in the district but one was sick and I dont really get along with the other one. You should count your blessings that your local paper will print your letters, the LA Times makes the NY Times look like a newsletter for a right-wing militia group, its so far to the left.

Hey thanks for your post, but you have no Idea, what has been going on in my life this last month. I appreciate the "call to arms" but my strength and health both physically and emotionally are waning. It's barely enough for me to keep up with school.

As far as your post, it is stupendous! I haven't had the energy to write anything lately, b/w all that's going on. At least there are those that are! You are doing so quite well I might add!

Nail the liberal whackos to the wall. One of the biggest things to damage our young generations is public school and state universities! They are filled with many liberal professors and teachers who don't know which orifice is their mouth and which one (well you get my point.) Although I have a daughter and son-in-law who are both CONSERVATIVE, a teacher and a principal, in that order.

I was quite shocked when my son came home and asked me questions the teachers had been saying at school and he's in his last year of middle school, under a Christian principal! If the principal knew; I can ASSURE you those teachers would be looking for other jobs, because he would find some way to fire them! We see eye to eye on politics and religion and have had plenty of discussions.

This is why I believe I'll be sending my son to private school next year, I'm tired of the brain-washing that goes on, give him a firm foundation and train him right then IF he goes to a "gasp" state university tell him REMEMBER 80% and MORE are LIBERAL professors!

Yeah, your good old fashioned common sense and facts will anger a few libbers who prefer to live in fantasy land.

I love Larry Elder, we have another book of his, the Ten Things You Can't Say in America, and I bet this one you mention is also great. I listened to his radio show all the time when I worked in L.A. a couple years ago.

I agree with STR8T TALK, our public schools are little Socialist training centers!

Good points all around. I like the idea of having an annual get together too. Might be a good place for conservative candidates to start to get free promotion. I met Eric Eglund (future Republican Congressman from CA) at last November's Blog World in Vegas and I bet if we let it be known that a bunch of true blue conservative bloggers were getting together, we could attract a few of them. Ibet that if we had a central blog to link to, we could get a pretty decent conservative audience to follow it live.

The POTENTIAL Problem with them fighting is in them trying to OUT-LIBERAL each other with Social Programs.

I think the meet and greet would be fun. A few of us are planning to get together at GOE in September. Let's do that and see if TH wants to get involved as they are HQ'ed in DC.

The Public Schools are gone in most cases. I HOPE you intend to bring this 'teacher' to the attention of the Principal. Any ground given is ground PERMANENTLY lost, what with tenure, unions and the like.

If WE don't do something, WHO will? The RINO's? If WE let THEM pick, the fight will start Day 1 that a Liberal wins the White House. THEY have picked the REASON for the fight, WE should pick WHEN and WHERE it starts!
