What with the advent of activist judges at ALL levels of jurisprudence,is it any wonder we have such a thing as the aforementioned? The time to have fought this was 40 years ago. Too much of it
has become so ingrained into the legal fabric,such as the abortion right,people ACTUALLY believe these "rights" exist.As far as a large-scale revolt,or armed conflict,I don't believe there are enough of us with the stones to pick up arms against such a tyrannical gov't as the one Obama and his minions seem to be trying to install.People are AFRAID of the government,when in fact,it should be the OTHER WAY around.Explains a LOT of why Obama believes in "gun control".I was watching CNBC yesterday when Santelli was making his SPOT-FRIGGING-ON comments.At least ONE CNBC hack gets it.Wonder how long Mr.Santelli will be employed? THIS is what a watch-dog press is SUPPOSED to be like. Unlike "tingly-leg" Matthews.

If CNBC got rid of him it would be a major mistake. That video was talked about by Rush and Hannity, it was viewed all over the internet, if they get rid of him, they will be proving to the people that they are biased. Not a good idea. Even though it is obvious, the independents haven't seen it yet apparently, and this will confirm it.

I think given some more time there will be more and more people willing to step up. My dad was looking around the other day for an AR15 and found out that many rifles are sold out on most sites. People are buying them up I guess.
