Thank you for showing people how to follow the trail...very, very few people do this, or know how to do this. Most bills are "compromises" and blends of other bills, and the results of deals (who's name is going on this turkey?) - and to know the whole story, you have to do what you just did.
I can almost be sure that your helpful poster did not know this - and if he/she did, did not think you would take the time to trace it.
Good work, and very helpful to the pursuit of truth.
