It's ok in society for our businessmen and women or congressional leaders to go have a few martinis after work or at a business dinner. But what if the wanted to shoot up heroin or smoke a rock, then they see that differently. Thats why. Acting drunk and stupid is ok in society but stoned or high and stupid is not. Figure the reasoning. Boils down to what the Big Heads say is good for us and what is not.
