We could get every CONgress to be as poorly run as Nanny's, the amount of legislation flowing from the CONgressional cesspool would slow to a trickle.

All laws seem to sit on the books for eternity, with 300-500 more every year, there are too many now and it's getting worse all the time.

As for hiding out, this seemed like the direction. Do not bring this to the floor for a vote. Eventually, Obama would actually have to say something besides "present."
