I still don't understand with allthe evidence incontrovertibly pointing at "progressive" Democrat policies and particular Democrat partisans themselves how the MSM can continue to ignore this - and give Obama a total pass. I just finished the last part of my rant-series on the same subject. I sure hope the voters smarten up by November - right now the predictions are big Dem gains. Unreal - I'm speechless.

Speechless...the socialist propaganda media is in the tank for Obama. This is why I don't watch these propagandists...this is why the propagandists are losing their viewers...this is why we must teach them a lesson and not vote for their socialist buddies who will ruin the nation and the White House, and boot as many of the dem majority out on their ear, as are up for election in November!

I have laughed so hard at the lefties who are constantly trying to pin this mess on Bush and Republicans, when their "leaders" have their slimy fingerprints all over the whole thing.

Every time the networks talk about bailing out wall street, they show Dodd and Schumer talking about the need for more regulation. Gee, where were they when President Bush called for the same in 2005, or when McCain called for more regulation in 2006?

Oh yeah, they said there were No Problems!

This is typical of the left, they create problems, then rush in to "save" us.

I'm infuriated every time I see Dodd warning "those responsible" etc! He did it. Frank did it. A lot of dirty Dems did it. And, once again, they're going to get away with it while the flaccid Repubs let them off the hook.

Rush made a good point the other day. He said if ANY Repub could be scapegoated, the Dems would be all over it and the guy would be in jail right now. I don't think they can pin this on the Repubs this time.

I guess I don't understand why it happened. I am so tired of the media and every other show on television. I can't even click on a channel, even an entertainment show and they are bagging on Gov Palin. It is ridiculous. And the Hollywood people, please go away and be quiet. That would be heaven.

As for President Bush, to many he is nothing but a lame duck President, but he has some magical powers. He can create hurricanes, floods, mortgage crisis, foreclosures, Wall Street collapsing. I mean come on now.

I am tired of the Bush bashing. It got old a long time. Under President Bush, I have been safe and secure in my country. I finally got a freaking tax return that was more than $10 under President Bush. But, everything is his fault.

Shila nailed it to some extent.No doubt Dodd, Raynes, Frank, Johnson and the Democrat congress were responsible. But as a Republican and a proud one, I cannot exonerate the GOP either. I think both parties are to blame. What was Chris Cox doing and he was appointed by Bush.

Both parties failed the people.
We need to pay more attention to Congress instead of to high definition TV programs or Monday night football and the World Series. We are the recipients of the finest democracy in the world and we couldn't care less. Shame on us!
We need to be freer with recall elections than we have been.
Then it will be a Government of the people and by the people, once again.
