What happens in the future when the Family reunification portion of law will make the original 12-20 million look like just a blip.
The conservative estimate of reunification entries to citizenship are 5-7 per AMNESTY ENTRANT, other estimates run as high as 12-13 per Amnesty entrant.

A bit of simple math shows that the nature of this country will be altered in ways no one can imagine at this time.
even using the lowball estimates of 12 million and the lowball of 5 reunification entrants, the total is going to be 60 million new welfare cases given legal status.

In a Nation of just a bit more than 300 million.
That happens to be an aleration of 20% in a period of less than ten years, with over 96% of those being admitted, being welfare caseload.

What's going to hapen to the tax rate at that point?
