A Soldier's Take On Obama

Much as I would have believed this behavior from Obama, this e-mail has been declared false by the people at Snopes.com (the urban-legend, internet-rumor fact-checking site). Check out the link at http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/afghanistan.asp

The whole snopes thing sounds as though the soldier got called in yelled at for issuing a polical e-mail. Hence the "only for my family" line. There is never any smoke without fire. Sorry....For once snopes doesn't quite refute the accuracy of this e-mail. I am quite sure that Obama did not mean to snub the troops. He did so because of time constraints etc. His handlers call the shots. I am not an Obama fan, and I will go into a deep depression if the guy wins, but and provide amunition for the rigthhe would be an idiot to deliberately shun any soldier anywhere and provide ammunition for the far right...in other words, people like me.
