Tort reform IS moot with any proposed healthcare DEFORMities by the government. And that is what should be really scaring the citizenry and physicians. I have had my discussion with my Doc relative to coming off the med I take the the consequences as I will not be part of this if it passes in ANY form.

This is an excellent point and given you are the featured blog -- CONGRATS -- I hope a lot of folks read your post, even if they don't comment.
