Interesting thoughts. I disagree in some places, but it is always good to get someone else's perspective.
If I recall correctly, Mike was not calling for new laws. He was calling people to voluntarily behave the way he is convinced is right. He has a notion of what a "real man" is, and he is free to say what it is, just like you are free to write your disagreement. I think it is important for people to note the distinction between when someone says what people ought to do and what they say should be law.
I'm not inside his head, so I can't be sure, but I don't think he has a fear of sexuality. He appears to believe, as I do, that sex is for marriage. Yes, it happens all of the time in other contexts, but I still think that's wrong. It can be fun, but still wrong.

However, society needs men and women to interact in order to continue. Yes, (most) men are built and wired to strongly desire women sexually, but no man will die for a lack of one.
