Every American is a Joe The Plumber

First, some commentators have suggested that Joe the Plumber would be 'better off' with Obama's "tax reductions". In fact, Joe is on the record stating that he does not want a hand-out from taxpayers.

Second, note that becoming a multi-millionaire like the founders of Apple, Microsoft, eBay, or other large companies, is not the only worthy American dream. A decent life in which one can appreciate creation, meet one's own needs and those of family, and contribute to others, was what the Founders wished for our country. (By which I mean to expand, not refute, your position, UC.)

I see that you haven't posted in a while. The election may be over, but the fight most certainly is not. Do not give up on your conservative ideals! I have started a website/blog http://conservativecompass.com in an attempt to bring together conservative ideas, and move forward with an intelligent agenda. It is new, and frankly we are lonely over there, so I'm out here in the blogosphere trying to get like minded people such as yourself to join with us. I invite you to log on and contribute your thoughts and ideas. We've got a lot of work to do in the next 2 to 4 years, and we've all got to work together if we hope to succeed. Hope we see you there!
