Sarah Palin: "Now She Belongs to America"

www.palinforvp.blogspot.com

I'll be running a blogroll of "Blogs for Palin", keeping up with all things Sarah, and generally doing everything I can in this effort.

Steve: consider yourself blogrolled.

I will try to update this site as often as possible (and edit old post for typos..lol). And I hope to have some cool Palin graphics up soon for use on blogs.

I also...

have my own detailed reasoning on why Sarah should be VP. and if you search "videos" on my site, you'll find a post with what I consider to be some of the best news reports on GOv. Palin.

KTUU.com is a good source for online video news stories if something big happens in Alaska.

Palin, Thanks for the Info

Thanks for the info. As Sanity pointed out on her blog, Alaska might as well be Madagascar in terms of how "far away" it is -- and Sarah is not well known. I'll get the link to your site right. I sometimes have the technological facility of an ant-eater. Are you originally from Alaska? I know no one is "originally" from Alaska (save Eskimoes and a few others).

Palin, Let's Go for It

Palin, I believe what happens this summer and fall is absolutely critical for lots of candidates, including Sarah. I have established a good contact (I think) with the Anchorage Daily News person in Juneau, and she will give us some publicity there. I have also tweaked the interest of other media sites in PA and elsewhere. At this point, a lot of them will be thinking "Sarah Who?" but they'll get the idea as time goes on. If we can haul in lots of small fish (i.e., like us), the big fish will start following . . . eventually. I will use some of your material (with attribution) tomorrow. The case you made for Sarah on your blog is excellent. What a breath of fresh air this young woman is.

Keep after Appletonian. He's a heckuva blogger.

I hope Sanity and Sheila will be joing the "blogroll for Sarah" soon. I said that if people are leaning toward her, they qualify. They are, metaphorically speaking, "a little bit pregnant." :-)

Never Even Been to Alaska

I stumbled upon Palin in an effort to find a better VP candidate after getting really frustrated with speculation revolving around mix and match tickets like Giuliani-Brownback and Giuliani-Huckabee (I know you like Huck, but I just cant see him and Rudy working).

Sarah, can you say "NATIONAL APPEAL"

Republicans are close to awful at determining which candidates have a national appeal. She does. Another one who does/did: Diana Lynn Irey, with tremendous appeal to military and their families and one of the best speakers in America. Some Republican bigshots in DC barely know Diana exists. I can see Sarah working well with Rudy. Townhall's poobahs are still doing their breathless "Team Romney" nonsense, but that will pass. TH poobahs are people who read lots of books but don't have a clue about politics in America. They don't see that the "base," as is, can't win anything anymore. They trot out Tom DeLay, who seemed to be defending Don Imus! C'mon TH. Tom DeLay is dead man walking. What's not, the corpse of Richard Nixon?

thanks for the invite

Hi Steve - Thanks for the invitation to join the blog roll for Palin for VP. As I am not familiar with the governor, I need to do a little more research before making a decision. I see there is a lot of information and support here for her, and you all have certainly peaked my interest. I will let you know if I'll be joining you.

In the mean time if anyone is interested, you can check out my blog for huckabee at
http://onemom.townhall.com

Mommie, thanks for the visit

I very much recommend mommiephd's Huckabee-oriented blog. If Mike builds the necessary support, he and Sarah would make a great team. I urge everyone who visits this site to take a look at mom-with-a-doc's (mommiephd's)blog. Anyway, I love the screen name.

As she'll discover, the effort for Palin is an attempt to change the dynamic and make Mrs. Clinton much less than a sure thing for the presidency.

Sarah has no skeletons in her closet. But with four kids and a big job, she may have a dust ball or two around. :-)
