Janet LaRue is spot on with Battlefield 'Habeas Corpus'

I'm in total agreement with Mr. Hakes. Our nation has forgotten the perils which await those who dare lose the will to act strongly in defense of freedom. Many in our nation 'wish' that a "Ghandi like" approach would be taken in our defense everywhere; but they forget that Ghandi opposed a principled empire founded upon centuries of Christian values, the likes of, 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'! We do not oppose such a foe! We oppose those who, like the Japanese Empire in WWII, believe that they owe NO moral quarter to us.... ask the Japanese P.O.W.'s of WWII how well they were treated? Ask the prisoner's of the Nazi Gestapo how well they were treated?

No, we are not given license by those awful facts to treat our enemy captives in that manner but we must remember who we oppose and what they stand for; the total destruction of our culture. It is no sin to 'lie to the infidel', only to fail to kill him (or her, or them!)
