I been warning people about the first time in history to have an "American Prime Minister" if it's even close.

Odinga had tribal race riots that killed 1000 people, he wouldn't settle and eventually the winner said he would discuss it but only after peace.

They then have a power sharing arrangement, Odinga picks have the cabinet as well if I remember.
