The little states

It is important for the smaller states to have a say in the early beginnings. Historically the candidate who wins both Iowa AND New Hampshire have gone on to win the presidency. So in many cases the little states do predict the front runner. I think Iowa is a "white" state which is good and other small states should have early caucus' as well. I don't understand why it is Iowa every time.
