MSNBC Drops Olbermann, Matthews as News Anchors

Even though I have boycotted both of them since the 2004 elections, I am glad that they are being reined back. I'd prefer to see both of them blowing up balloons at an amusement park.

These two WILL show up elsewhere. Bank on it. Most likely Matthews will wind up as press sec. in a Obama admin.Olberman,would most likely see him back at sports. Look at Stephanopolis. Clintonista extraordinaire. Now ABC's arguably top dog? Seems like Dem staffers and libstream media are interchangeable.

I used to watch Mathews - until 2004 - when I saw his "interview" of Michelle Malkin - that's the last time I've seen him. I've never liked Olbermann and go to "mute" when he's on during half-time of NFL football.

to make sure that Obama doesn't have an administration - Matthews as Press Secretary - that's a hoot! He'd have to do his briefings sitting down 'cause he couldn't stop that leg tingling - like Robert Klein's "I can't stop my leg." I love that bit!

Can you imagine Matthews as press secretary for Obama? He would be giggling so much and just tingling all day long.

I did click on Olbermann last night while I was changing channels and Olbermann was calling Gov Palin a liar.

Together Matthews and Olbermann went beyond negative and into hate. I used to watch MSNBC years ago, but stopped when all they do is bash Fox News and stand up and cheer and do the "wave" for Obama.

I'm sorry, I just can't stop saying it. The thought of that smirking Matthews as press secretary drives me insane. I'm hoping Obama loses, big time.

IF Obama were to win (a repulsive thought), he’d have bunches of professional talkers from which to choose – after all, almost all of the network talking heads have their noses up his rear. He could set the requirements for the press secretary pretty high.......

Well, if Obama does win, I can't even bare the thought,since MSNBC is in the tank for him, do you think that his Secretary of State will be Andrea Mitchell. She is such the expert you know! Ugh!

As for Matthews, he grossed me out during Ronald Reagan's funeral. Yes, I had MSNBC on that day. They put the camera on him and he was chowing down on a sandwich and half of it was hanging out of his mouth with mayo stuck to the side of his face. Very professional, I have to say.

As for Olbmermann, was he dropped as a child? He is so mean and nasty. I can't get over the things he says and gets away with. And by the way, how many jobs has he been fired from?
