Re-Declaration of Independence March

This is a faculous idea, just the thing we need.

Bob Schulz, a constitutional attorney, is organizing a Constitutional Congress 2009, to be held March/April 2009, in Philadelphia at Constitution Plaza conference facility, across the street from Independence Hall.

He has, in the past two years, recruited three delegates from each state to attend to discuss their petition to redress 70+ grievances to Congress and decide upon an action if they refuse to redress. The anticipated action they will seek is for all employers, nationwide, to suspend the withholding of income taxes from all citizens, to be deposited into an escrow account until Congress acts on all issues. Issues include;
-Obama's ineligibility to be president,
-the violation of 2nd ammendment,
-the illegality of the IRS
-the usurpation of the War Power Act
-the theft of the People's wealth for illegal purposes,
-violation of article five
-and 65+ more

Schulz has been fighting Congress since 1977 and has some invigorating videos of up to 3 hours to view.

This meets all your specs for the march and is already well on its way. Please, go to the site and watch the three hour oration by Schulz. You will think John Adams is speaking to you.

BTW, when you posted your blog with the wethepeoplefoundation.org info. I did watch one of the videos, and was pleased to know there are citizens actually taking legal action. I look forward to hearing what comes of the Constitutional Congress' petition.

I will revisit the site to stay informed of their results.

The Usurpers and criminals in GOV'T need to be 'hit' on many sides. Through legal action, marches, protests, tax revolts, and the like. I believe it is the only way to restore our Constitutional Republic.

Yes, I think something like this is what we must do. At this point, I think it can only be symbolic, though.

I only see one problem with this, the Feds and IRS have the power to freeze and seize bank accounts for non-payment. Maybe it could be offshore, but not sure.

Yes, a march does need to happen. It could end up being symbolic....or could become an event that rally's citizens who cherish freedom, and have a great respect for our Founding Documents in such a way, we are restored to.

If enough citizens rallied together with one voice, one purpose, we could accomplish much.
History proves this.
It only takes a spark to get a fire going.

I would absolutely consider a pork roast protest in our area. We may see many such demonstartions over the coming weeks/months.

There are a few cities around the nation having a 'tea party' rally this Friday. NEE has a post up with the info. I am seriously considering attending the one in Fayetteville. Our sons are homeschooled, which frees us to attend.

I think it's an excellent idea... I was listening to Dr Manning last night. He said the next 7 weeks are critical in Obama's ability to change America to a Communist State. He made it clear in Socialist countries you're free to choose who, what, and how you worship. Not so in Communist Countries...

Socialism is the enemy, my deeper concern is how quickly one falls from socialism into communism.

I am greatly encouraged by the pork roasts, tea parties, and any other protest of this anti-American administration/congress.

The reason I'd like to see the ReDeclaration of Independence March happen, would be to get to the ROOT problem. Our elected officials are not upholding their Constitutional oaths.

Yes, we do have a lot to accomplish for the 2010/2012 elections...it will be here before we know it.
