Economic ignorance.

Voters know more about astrophysics and cold fusion than economics. They read and believe phonies like Paul Krugman of the NYT.

Fanny Mae was a slush fund so losers could bury bad mortgages. We will now pay for this.

Next up: Reparations.

So right. Most people did not know that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were government chartered entities to begin with. And why is it your and my responsibility to pay for these people's mistakes? Nobody is bailing me out!
