Misuse of Federally Funded Land

Unconstitutional from the start

The constitution specically states the Federal Government shall own no land. All land purchased by federal dollars, such as the louisana purchase and Sewards folley were specificaaly be unorganized territory until a State claimed and developed them. This was changed in the first major power grab in 1864 when Lincoln passed the all inclusive "catch 22" Commerce clause. But there still is no specific law allowing the federal government to own land.As of right now,the Federal government owns 60% of all land west of the Mississippi.Almost the entire State of Utah was grabbed by Clinton and made a national park as a payoff to his indonesian friend James Riady for big (illegal)campaign donations.Utah has the largest supply of "clean"coal in the world.Indonesia has the second. We can't mine on a national park-you get the picture.
