I have been of the opinion in past evaluations of Ms. Garofalo that she should remain in stand up and acting and as in the case of most every show business luminary should stay out of political commentary. Of course I do not mean to suggest that Janeane must or is required to adhere to the advise of the thousands of Americans who agree that you should not be commenting in markets where you have no studies or hands on experience. In fact, I enjoyed her performance on Leno last night. She presented as intellectual in a Liberal Arts facade but again she was featured in her element, and I suggest that is where she should remain in order to achieve optimal acceptance from her fans.
