The problem is you can't. You can't have 52 weeks off a year (no soup for you!). You can only qualify if you worked for someone else! That's right! It may seem paradoxical but that's the fact Jack! If you own your own corporation you can't qualify! There has to be an evil blood sucking Capitalstic Corporation for the State to bill. It's a reverse Ponzi scheme. Shameful that we lived to see it. I hope it doesn't kill us all.....
