Clintons=Obamas?

Interesting observation.

One difference between Slick and Ob... Ob seems to not have Slick's bimbo erruption problem...;)although there are a lot of women fainting at Ob's rallies...

Sheila

Still, the comparison has an uncanny ring of truth to it, no?

Behind every successful man is a smart, b*tchy, driven woman pushing! Some just pick better men to push.

Sheila...

It's early yet for BO, and he's still young.

Now Doc

That's pretty cynical coming from you. He's "Barack the Magic Negro", impervious to the fruits of fame & fortune. Unless that CHANGES too!

I was going to say

if Barack would only cheat he could get more women's votes. Mrs. Obama should learn from Hillary's stint as First Lady. Take every opportunity to keep your trap shut. No one is voting for YOU.

I Hope You Do Not Mean...

12 years of the Bushes, 8 (or more) years of the Clintons, and then 8 (or more) years of the Obamas?????????!?

This is truly scary.

Gads!

That gives me the shivers, Scottie. And to think, Michelle will be running in ten years or so....

Relax Guys

The only point is that both husbands have the charisma and the ability to relate to people while both wives are hyperambitious, strident and irritating.

Frankly, I'm tired of the dynasty politics in this country. I have no desire to see another Clinton in the WH, nor do I have much of a stomach for another Bush, or Kerry, or Kennedy, or Gore, or any of the rest of the ruling class families that seem to have a stranglehold on the choices we are offered. At least Barrack, Jindal, and even Palin are reasonably fresh faces.

Scottie

What? "That's pretty cynical coming from you..."

Have you just met me?

gimme a new generation

How about the following for the next few occupants of the WH:
Michael Steele, JC Watts, The Crawfish

Well,

I have said that no matter who gets elected, there won't be a second term. No way. We are not taking it, again!! The Crawfish Constitutional Party is the New GOP!!

BO is an image politician

All smile and charisma. Obama's image is his campaign, not the issues. It simply defies belief that an Illinois politician, no matter how new to politics, can be so squeaky clean. Politics and corruption are as much synonyms in Illinois as they are in La. or NJ.

Of course, team Clinton would need a delivery system, in the form of the press, to drop a scandal bomb on OB, so it begins to look as if the media is tired of carrying water for the duo.

Sgr Relic

You might find the latest post over at the Spade interesting, as he made the same point you are here last week. Check out Flagwaver's blog at Calling a Spade a Spade.

Nee

I must insist you quit kissing up to the Crawfish like that without issuing a spew alert. Almost shorted out my laptop with coffee.

Crawfish

You forgot Jindal from Lousy-anny. If he can turn that political cesspool around, he's the man to beat in the future.

'course if the revolution comes prematurely, I'll side with the Crawfish Party. First mission, rescue Brian from the Island.

Shining City

I'm not going to sully the pristine image I have for you Doc. You've already done enough damage to your image with the "shoes of he who cannot be named". :-)

Scottie LOL

It seems the similarities are going to get lots of exposure as the race intensifies...:)

ShinningCity

You have a point there...but he doesn't strike me as the type...

Scottie

I'm going to go out on a limb (what's new) and make a prediction. Billary is going to get the majority support of the super delegates by tagging Obama as her VP. She was already talking about it on TV. Believe me they'll take the bait, and it will be an UNBEATABLE ticket. JM has NO chance at the presidency whatsoever.

It is entirely possible, but I don't think after the Rezco scandal starts in ernest that Obama will be a contender. It hasn't bubbled up in the mainstream media yet, but the blogosphere is starting to light up on it. There's still plenty of time for this to fester before the general election this fall.

Here's a couple of links:

Rezko could NEVER live up to the record of corruption and lawlessness of the Clintons. Some in the blogosphere will make something of it but it won't go much farther. Hillary dosen't want to damage Obama too much, and as always the media will do their part and go along. She wants him to still look attrative when she makes him her running mate. And she will, because she NEEDS his voters to win in Nov. Shoot, she's already talking about it on TV!

Scottie, I smell a deal being worked out. And Obama would have to be a complete FOOL to not "go with the flow". When her presidency has run it's course, he can then run with 8 yrs of experience as VP. SWEET! (as the kids say)
