Thanks for writing. Buchanan today says the Russians are dying out and they need to worry about the Chinese. It's interesting. The Russians were never crazy about living in Siberia anyway and now they're moving out. But they'd probably still fight China for it if the Chinese moved in. Personally I think the Indians might move in on Africa, if they need room.

This kind of thing helps us put our own troubles in perspective.
