Well Dave I almost agree with you on this one. However I do not see the problem with the masses as much as I see it with our so called leaders.

The politicians have gotten in bed with so many special interests that they have forsaken the majority. The special interests have done well in organizing and soliciting money under the banner of doing good so they can bring pressure to bear on our elected officials. They have tugged at the American heart strings to save the planet,save the animals and save whatever while their real goal is power and control.

I have faith in our fellow countrymen that they are beginning to realize that change MUST happen but do not know how to do it. We need strong leaders who can effect change. Meaningful change not the garbage of Obama or any other politician.

Yes America is sick but we should not beat our chests and say I told you so but try to be positive. Name calling and absolute refusal to listen to other points of view render nothing but contempt.

Not all liberal ideas are bad. The problem is they are emotional issues that mean well but cause harm in the long run. Case in point is Social Security. Great Idea but not practical with in the scheme of a free market. Everybody should have health care and it is the right thing to do but, how do we get there from here?

The free market system has worked for us all.If it did not why are so many countries turning to it now?
