Actually, I do think he's trustworthy, yes. But besides that, how many SC appointments are we looking at in the next 10 years? 1 or 2? Maybe none? Unlike usual campaign promises, this is something a President has no control over, the situation has to preset itself while you are in office. As a prosecutor, he was very constructionist himself, I would say it stands to reason that he would appoint those like him.
